Sydney Metro – Integrated Land Use and Urban Design

⁠⁠⁠The Service Provider will be responsible for carrying out all necessary tasks required to complete the Services in accordance with this Services Brief.

Part One: is for the provision land use scenarios and assessments services to support the broader place-based Strategic Business Case (SBC) for the full SMWSA project from Schofields to Macarthur, rapid bus connections to WSA, extension of the South West Rail Link from Leppington to the Aerotropolis Core and Sydney Metro Northwest from Tallawong to Schofields;

Part Two: will support Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport (SMWSA) Stage 1 (St Marys to Western Sydney Aerotropolis) Project Definition Report and Final Business Case (FBC), including key inputs and assumptions used for transport and economic modelling.
