Selected licensed building contractors from the SCM0256 Department of Finance, Services and Innovation prequalification Scheme known as “SCM0256 – Prequalification Scheme for General Construction Works valued up to $1 Million” are invited to tender for At-House Noise Treatment Package 3 on the Woolgoolga to Ballina Project for services between Harwood NSW and Pillar Valley NSW.

The work includes, but is not limited to the following:

Supply, delivery and installation of all building treatments identified in the individual Scope of Work for 20 sensitive receivers.

Installation of windows, doors, mechanical ventilation and reverse cycle air conditioning systems, and associated work, to sensitive receivers identified for at-house noise treatment as part of the Pacific Highway upgrade from Woolgoolga to Ballina. The residences that form part of this Contract are located in the vicinity of the villages of Harwood and Pillar Valley in northern NSW.

All work is to be carried out by a Building Contractor licensed in the State of NSW to undertake residential building construction.

All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction (NSW Guidelines).

The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 is not applicable to this project.
