Medical and First Aid Consumables and Medications

⁠⁠⁠Rio Tinto Iron Ore (RTIO) is seeking an expression of interest from suitably qualified vendors who can supply the following:

Competitive quoting for all medical consumables, first aid items and approved medications.

The provision of an on-line ordering system for medical consumable, items and approved medications.

The creation of an on-line ordering portal accessible from all RTIO sites, provided and updated by the selected vendor. The generation of an on-line, downloadable quote for items selected from the portal and added to the "shopping cart".

Efficient and timely warehouse activities to ensure ordered items are collected, packaged and shipped promptly to the customer.
Promotion of new technologies, medical equipment and innovations to the RTIO Emergency Services group medical equipment committee.

Provision of medications to an approved list, in liaison with the RTIO poison permit holder and according to associated legislation.
Auditable tracking system for the movement, shipping, receipt and disposal of scheduled medications.
