We are seeking expressions of interest from a suitable respondent, with the necessary resources and capacity, to run and operate the onsite Café through a licence agreement.

Mindarie Senior College is a multi-award winning, state of the art education facility for students in Year 11 and 12. It has sweeping ocean views and is located 39 kms north of the city of Perth in the northern coastal corridor.

The cafe is modern, air-conditioned with a fully equipped commercial kitchen and servery area.

There is sufficient group seating for over 200 students with another 600 students able to utilise the surrounding areas with ocean views in close proximity. The college currently has approximately 840 students on site who regularly use the Cafe. The college is characterised by its a young adult ethos and therefore students are allowed offsite during recess and lunch breaks.

The cafe is expected to be open during College operations and to abide by the Department of Education’s healthy eating policy.
