Tender Description
Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced firms to appoint to a panel of Legal Services providers (Council's Legal Services Panel) to be engaged on a preferred, but not exclusive, basis for a period of up to five (5) years.
Council intends to engage firms for the following categories of law:-
1) Commercial and Property
2) Planning and Environmental
3) Regulatory and Administrative
Submissions will be received to 2:00pm on Wednesday, 14 November 2018.
