Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of Electronic rostering, time and attendance system/s. The tender process will be split into three options. Tenderers are able to tender for on one, two or all three of the options within the tender process. The scope of the tender includes;

* Software licencing.
* SaaS cloud hosting or licencing for Council to host.
* Customisation of the system to meet Council's needs.
* Implementation.
* Training of staff.
* Ongoing maintenance of the system.

The Contract term will be 3 years with an extension at Council's discretion three (3) periods of two (2) years. The expected start date for the implementation phase is 25 February 2019 with project management commencing 28 January 2019, subject to contract. It is expected that the system will be live no later than the periods listed in the KPI's.

Option 1: Tender to a single organisational rostering, time and attendance system. This option will be for up to 2020 positions with a subset of these staff requiring advance rostering capability for up to 1020 positions.

Option 2: Tender for rostering, time and attendance system for business units that need advance rostering. This option will need to provide for a system for up to 1020 positions including casuals.

Option 3: Tender for a time and attendance system that do not need advanced rostering capability. This option will need to provide for a system for up to 1000 positions which are Monday to Friday workers.

Council with then select the option or options that best suits Councils organisational requirements.

The Contract term will be 3 (three) years, with an extension at Council's option of a further 3 (three) periods of 24 (twenty four) months.

Tenders/Quotations close at 2pm on Tuesday, 20 November 2018 and must be fully received by this time.
