Tender Description
Georges River Council (Council) is seeking to appoint a Lessee for the operation of two separate advertising signs to be located at prime locations being Corner of Princes Highway and Stuart Street Blakehurst & Corner King Georges Road and Forest Road Penshurst.
Council is offering this contract for a 5 year period with a further 5 year option period; however, Council will consider any other preferences or industry benchmarks.
