Tender Description
From Tuesday, 23 October 2018, Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced firms to appoint to a panel of Legal Services providers (Council's Legal Services Panel) to be engaged on a preferred, but not exclusive, basis for a period of up to five (5) years.
Council intends to engage firms for the following categories of law:-
1. Commercial and Property
2. Planning and Environmental
3. Regulatory and Administrative
Tenders must be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the Tender documents. The onus rests on the Tenderer to ensure that the Tender is lodged in accordance with these requirements. The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted. No late tenders will be accepted.
