Tender Description
Burwood Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to form a panel for the provision of Legal Services to the Council for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend for a further one (1) year, at Council's discretion, in the following categories:
* Local Government Act and related legislation
* Planning and Development
* Property and Conveyancing
* Industrial and Employment Relations
The specifications are set out in the tender documents attached to this tender notice.
Submissions marked "Tender No T006-2018, Provision of Legal Services" are to be lodged via TenderLink or in the form of Universal Serial Bus (USB) placed in the Tender box located at Burwood Council, Suite 1, Level 2, 1-17 Elsie Street, Burwood, no later than 12pm (Noon) on Monday 12 November 2018.
Late submissions will not be considered.
