Description: The City of Armadale invites applications for the provision of services as detailed below:

CM/PPS/3/18 : Panel of Prequalified Suppliers for Asphalt Maintenance Services

Obtaining Documentation:
Specifications, criteria and documentation can be obtained via email, procurement@armadale.wa.gov.au, or by collecting the documentation from the Administration Centre, 7 Orchard Avenue, Armadale WA 6112.

Deadline: Panels close on Tuesday, 6 November 2018 at 2pm WST. Applications received in the Tender box later than the Panel closing time will not be considered for selection.

Lodgement: Applications must be contained in a sealed envelope addressed to the undersigned and clearly stating the Panel number and title on the cover. All applications may be lodged by the following methods:

By deposit into the Tender box situated in the foyer of the Administration Centre situated at 7 Orchard Avenue, Armadale;

By post to Locked Bag No 2 Armadale WA 6992 (Responsibility for ensuring delivery on time rests in the entirety with the Applicant).

Conditions:
Canvassing of Councillors and Council Staff will disqualify Applicants from the Panel process.

The City of Armadale does not intend to submit a Panel.

Lowest or any applications not necessarily accepted.

Applications will not be accepted by facsimile or other electronic means.
