Northern Beaches Council requires management services for the operation of Currawong Beach Cottages to include 24 hours per day, seven days per week coverage to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the State Park. The management services for Currawong Beach Cottages are to be provided for three (3) years with 1 X two year option at Council's discretion and comprises two core elements, namely management and cleaning services.

The site is due to undergo a significant restoration program in 2019 that will include the upgrading of cabins, re-instating of pathways and retaining walls, re-opening the games room for education and recreation purposes and bush regeneration. This is an exciting chapter in Currawong Beach Cottages' history to create an opportunity to successfully balance environmental and heritage foundations. It will be expected that the successful tenderer will be able to manage customer expectations around building works and projected closed periods while maintaining and improving occupancy rates for available accommodation.

The start date is April 2019.
