Detailed design, fabrication and installation of a new transfer chute and modifications to an existing stockpile reclaim chute

1. Provision of labour, plant, equipment, goods and materials in accordance with relevant site, national and international standards as required to provide:
(a) A detailed design based on a Discrete Element Model based wire frame model of chutes from Jenike and Johanson, convert this into a detailed engineering design ready for fabrication, confirm design with Rio Tinto and Jenike and Johanson;
(b) Complete all drawings in accordance with relevant site standards and upload to site drawing system (EDM), including any as-built requirements.
(c) Visit site prior to the work to assess the installation and general conditions, access and other aspects relevant to the work;
(d) Fabricate all components;
(e) Transport all components and tools to Tom Price site in advance of establishment, a suitable laydown area will be provided, offloading by contractor;
(f) Establish on site at a time notified by Tom Price mine to suit a planned shutdown, nominally April 2019. Time to be advised at least one calendar month in advance;
(g) Induct all personnel for work on Tom Price as required;
(h) Make safe at the work site, after attending any safety briefings;
(i) Remove existing chute components;
(j) Modify structure, handrail, floor grating if necessary;
(k) Install new chute components;
(l) Make good on all damages and changes, ensure local guarding is re-installed;
(m) Confirm installation with Tom Price representative;
(n) Ensure all safety lockouts, tags and the like are removed;
(o) Provide support for recommissioning the installation, three days post shutdown anticipated.
2. Additional services and/or equipment may be required as the project develops:
(a) Modify, replace associated components and equipment (idlers, skirts, etc.) as identified during the course of the scope.
(b) Repair other damage to structure and plate work
