Tender Description
Flinders Shire Council (“Council”) invites Tenders from appropriately qualified persons for the management of the Hughenden Saleyards and Dipping Facilities for a three year term.
Tender documents may be obtained by emailing flinders@flinders.qld.gov.au
Tenders close 5pm on the 7th November 2018. Tenders must be valid for 60 days from the Closing time.
Council reserves the right to:
* negotiate a final outcome with the successful tenderer that may depart from the terms of the proposed Management Agreement;
* not necessarily accept the lowest or any tender.

Tenders are to be lodged in Council’s Tender Box at Council’s Chambers at 34 Gray Street, Hughenden Qld 4821, or by post to PO Box 274, Hughenden Qld 4821, and marked “RFT 102.2018.30 – Management Hughenden Saleyards and Dipping Facilities”.
Canvassing of any Flinders Shire Council staff or Councillors will disqualify Tenderers from the Procurement Process.
