Tweed Regional Art Gallery Construction of Concrete Footpath and Seating

⁠⁠⁠ Tweed Shire Council seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to construct a new concrete footpath and concrete seating at the Tweed Regional Art Gallery, 2 Mistral Rd, South Murwillumbah NSW 2484.

All works are to be carried out in accordance with design drawings OTH51 - Tweed Regional Art Gallery Murwillumbah New Footpath And Seating, TSC S.D 013 REV. E - Footpaths and Cycleway Details and all relevant Australian Standards.

The concrete footpath is a total of 175m2 consisting of 137m2 of Type 1 (N25) - Plain Broom Finish and 38m2 of Type 2 (N25) - Plain Grey with Red Glaze Exposed Aggregate. The concrete seating is 11.5 l/m in total length.

Bidders are advised that submissions will be assessed using the Offer Schedules and their availability to commence works and the timeframe required to complete these high priority works. It is recommended that prior to submission of Offer that Bidders undertake a site inspection.

NOTE: The Awarded Contractor will be responsible for locating and protecting all existing services on site (e.g. Electricity, Gas, Water, Communications and Sewer).
