Renovation of the toilet block to include Male & Female Showers and upgrade of the old Accessible Shower/Toilet. The Land Manager of the Glenreagh Public Recreation Ground Reserve are requesting tenders to renovate the toilet block within the Glenreagh Public Recreation Reserve to include 2 male and 2 female showers and upgrade the present accessible shower/toilet. This construction is part of the Reserves Plan of Management and is exempt from the need for Council approvals, see State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008, page 31.
