Canungra Sports & Recreation Reserve Grounds - Sewerage Connection Project

Expression of Interest – for Contractors – Plumbing and Civil Pipework

Expressions of interest are invited for contractors who wish to be considered for work for this project for plumbing reticulation and sewerage connection work for the Canungra Sports & Recreation Reserve Grounds (CS&RRG).

CS&RRG acknowledge the major funding from the Australian Government Building Better Regions program and funding assistance provided by SEQ Water.

The work consists of 2 parts which will be separate tenders (although appropriately licenced and prequalified tenderers may tender for both parts):
1) Plumbing Reticulation within the site including pump station – value of this work is in the range $50,000-$150,000 – Plumbing Licence required (works will include electrical connection and returfing).
2) Sewerage Connection Rising Main (65mm) (incl directional bore under creek) – Contractors need to be registered and prequalified with Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU) for QUU Sewerage Connections and licenced for civil sewerage pipework. Value of this work is in the range - $200,000- $300,000. Works will include returfing and restoring vegetation and traffic control.

Expressions of interest are invited from contractors who can demonstrate experience in work of a similar type and scale. Expressions of interest must be submitted to the below email address by 6pm on 26 October 2018.
