Provision of Property Sales and Buyer's Agent Services

⁠⁠⁠Port Macquarie Hastings Council is seeking Tender submissions from suitably experienced firms or persons to establish a panel for property sales and buyer's agent services.

The Request for Tender is separated into the following two parts:

Part A: Property Sales Services
Part B: Buyer's Agent Services

Tenders should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and deposited in the correct tender box located in the foyer at Council's Port Macquarie Office, 17 Burrawan Street prior to the closing time and date of the request. The onus rests on the tenderer to ensure that the tender is lodged in accordance with the above requirements. Tenders should be marked as follows:
