Tender Description
Request for tenders are hereby called for building works associated with demolition and building works at Emita Hall/Fumeaux Recreation Ground, 1 Melrose Road, Emita, Flinders Island.
Council seeks the services of a qualified and licenced builder to carry out the desired works which include erection of new verandah, kitchen and bar area.
The successful tenderer will be responsible for the supply of all materials relevant to the works and for the engagement of any sub-contractors required. All personnel on site must be a preferred contractor with Flinders Council.
