Expression of Interest - Development of Batlow Cannery Site

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking expressions of interest from Registrants who wish to occupy and develop the Premises, and repurpose it as the site presents multiple opportunities.

Council is primarily interested in business and social recreation development of the Premises. Such development should not be limited to tourism-related activities, but could include small "boutique" scale uses such as manufacturing, retail, food, arts and crafts, etc. However, Council is only interested in receiving proposals from commercial interests who will actively pursue repurposing of the Premises.

The use of the Premises should add to the social and economic wellbeing of the town of Batlow, and be consistent with the draft economic development strategy developed for Snowy Valleys Council.
