LVRC-18-59 - Council has developed a scope of work with Alternative A and B for refurbishment or demolition of the Gatton Squash Court building, located at 115 Spencer Street, Gatton.
The main focus for refurbishment is the safe removal of all the external asbestos from the building, decontamination of the entire building interior and new roof replacement.
