The TLC Delivery Phase “Project” will consist of five components:

* Town Planning and Land Tenure Process
* Engineering Detailed Design
* Procurement Options Analysis
* Property Management Arrangements
The TLC Delivery Phase follows extensive work over the last two years funded by Council and the Queensland Government. A feasibility study has been completed which indicated net economic and financial benefits.
