Dear Tenderer,
On behalf of Downer Seymour Whyte Joint Venture (DSWJV), I am pleased to invite you to submit your quotation/rates (accompanied with the required documentation as provided in the attached Request for Quotation RFQ) for the Bridge Bearings and Expansion Joints package for the Princes Highway Upgrade Project between Berry and Bomaderry.
Please review the attached RFQ in detail and provide your submission by 17 October 2018, 5pm. Your submission will need to adhere to the pricing schedule provided in the attachments. Please read through the submission requirements and ensure your submission addresses all the requirements. Each tenderer will also be assessed on the quality of their submission.The terms and conditions of these Works will be governed solely by the terms and conditions provided in the attached B2B - Works Subcontract - please ensure that you review and make yourself familiar with these terms. Please provide any departures upon submission.There are additional documents connected with this RFQ which can be downloaded using the below link (due to the size of these documents they could not be attached to the body of this email)
Should you have any questions or RFIs, please send through an email with your query (as opposed to a phone call) so that we can document all RFIs and distribute to all tenderers in order to maintain consistency with the tender.
