Suppliers wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete the following tasks:

Design, manufacture, shop assembly and testing of Goods to SSM111 as noted above, including:
* the idlers components must be designed for intermittent operation, with a minimum design life of 15 years and operates 6,000 hours per year in maximum 50 °C ambient temperatures;
* steel and composite shell conveyor idler rollers;
* composite end caps shall be used for all trough carry rollers;
* idler shell, shaft, end discs, bearings and bearing seals;
* idler frames and brackets to AS 1554, Part 1 – Category SP specific to each idler type and fully seal welded;
* drop down frames;
* idler frames must be tested to ensure conformity to plus or minus 2mm dimensional tolerances;
* retractable idler frames with access to one side only for complete retraction of entire 3 roll idler set and must also be fully installed from the same side;
* retractable idler frames allows complete retraction while the troughed carry belt is still in place and does not require idler frame rotation to clear the carry belt (i.e. opposite side wing roller is lowered to clear the underside of the belt);
* all fastening hardware including bolts and nuts for all frames, stone guards and wind boards, excluding hold down fixings;
* all mechanical Works complies with SS-M101;
* certified Documentation including 3D model;
* packing, marking and delivery to the Site; and
* on-site support and training during commissioning if required.
