Tender Description
Suppliers wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete the following tasks:
Design, manufacture, shop assembly and testing of Goods to SSM113 as noted above, including:
* pulley shell, shaft end discs, lagging, installed bearings and bearing housings on shaft, locking assemblies and balance masses;
* receival, final bore to tolerance and fitment of free-issued pilot bored drive half couplings to SS-M103;
* receival, final bore to tolerance and fitment of free-issued pilot bored brake half couplings, brake disc and fixings;
* all mechanical Works complies with SS-M101;
* vibration testing of pulleys is performed at Company approved test rigs and these tests must be witnessed by a condition monitoring specialist for dynamic balancing measuring and records in accordance with SS-A018 and SS-M113;
* certified Documentation including 3D model;
* pulley transportation frames;
* packing, marking and delivery to the Site; and
* on-site support during commissioning if required.
