The purpose of these alterations is to bring the public and back of stage toilet facilities up to current compliance standard.
The Proposed Upgrade Works to be undertaken are for the following locations within the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre (B.R.E.C.). These Works shall require a separate tender price for each area as follows:
* Component 1 - New universal access toilet UAT 1 - Back of House (B.O.H.) facility to the existing actors' change rooms showers / WCs room.
* Component 2 - New universal access toilet UAT 2 - Front of House (F.O.H.) facility to part of the existing female toilets located on the southern (car park) side.
