Expression of Interest - Social Infrastructure Strategy (Open Space and Recreation)

⁠⁠⁠The City of Canada Bay is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to prepare a Social Infrastructure Strategy (Open Space and Recreation) for Canada Bay.

The key objectives of the Social Infrastructure Strategy (Open Space and Recreation) and Action Plan are to:

• Provide an overarching framework and strategic direction for open space and recreation services, programs and infrastructure
• Analyse and audit existing open space network and recreation infrastructure
• Understand how the planning context relates to the open space network and recreation facilities
• Facilitate open space and recreation infrastructure for the local area to meet current and future demand, with reference to the Eastern City District Plan and population growth, trends and changing demographics.

Respondents will be short-listed based on relevant experience, capability and capacity to fulfil the scope of services.

A budget of $120,000 to $140,000 (excluding GST) has been allocated to fulfil the scope of services.
