This contract consists of five parts:
PART A. supply, delivery and laying of dense graded asphaltic concrete anywhere within Blacktown City Council area. Work may be issued as single projects or as a program of multiple projects.
PART B. supply and delivery of dense graded asphaltic concrete and cold mix to any site within Blacktown City Council area.
PART C. supply only (ex bin) of dense graded asphaltic concrete, bitumen emulsion and cold mix.
PART D. mill and fill using dense graded asphaltic concrete anywhere within Blacktown City Council area. Work may be issued as single projects or as a program of multiple projects.
PART E. profiling only (cold milling) of existing pavements.

The PARTS are separable and tenderers must tender rates for all Pay Items in any or all PARTS stated. Tenderers for PARTS A, D or E must also tender rates for all the Pay Items in the Day Works Schedule.

Council may award each separable PART to one or several tenderers.
