Together is seeking an expression of interest from interested providers to support and maintain its IT infrastructure and provide hardware and software solutions as necessary subject to requirements.

The services to be provided include network administration of Together's onsite and offsite servers including:
* provision, support, backup and maintenance of existing Together IT resources and software, consistent with the Together IT strategy;
* supply and movement of remaining onsite servers to offsite virtual machines; and
* the operation of a Tier 1-3 Help Desk, which includes remote computer maintenance.

The provider is expected to have excellent communication skills.

We anticipate the provider will develop a trust relationship with Together staff to ensure that any enquiries are handled with timeliness, efficiency, and demonstrate an understanding of Together's organisational environment.

It is expected that the provider will communicate cordially, in plain language to cater for the IT diverse skills of Together Staff.

We are seeking a letter of intent, whereby we'll provide more extensive detail by 5pm Monday 22nd October 2018.
