SPORTENG are calling civil and synthetic surface contractors for tender submissions for the construction of a synthetic football pitch at Mitchelton Football Club.
The contract will be as per AS4000.
The scope of works includes, but it not limited too (refer to attached documents for full scope):
* Demolition
* Earthworks
* Drainage
* Pavements
* Synthetic Surface
The documents provided are:
* Engineers Drawings
* Specification
* Bill of quantities
The Tender will be assessed by:
* Organisation details, key staff and subcontractor details (10%)
* Relevant local experience (40%)
* Technical detail of proposed synthetic turf product (10%)
* Price (40%)
With submissions, contractor is to provide:
* Warranty and maintenance manual for synthetic surface
* Traffic management plan
* Noise and vibration methodology
* Dust control plan
* Erosion and sediment control plan
* Construction costs
* Timeline for construction
Construction is to be completed before the start of the next football season, which is 1 March 2019.
