The Department of Education (Doe) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new Multi Story Learning Centre to accommodate six full cohorts for the academic year starting 2020 at Pimpama State School, located at 9 Hotham Creek Road North, Pimpama, QLD, 4208.

The building comprises twelve General Learning Areas and associated stores, two withdrawal rooms, Art Store, Staff Workroom with Kitchenette, HOD / Interview, two no. Staff toilets and 2 no. Unisex/PWD Toilets, Male and Female Student Amenities, Data / Communications Room, Cleaners Store, an outdoor learning area, two staircases will be provided one on each end of the building and a lift.

Submissions will be accepted by Contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2 with QA.
