Port Stephens Council Individual Vehicle Management System (IVMS)

⁠⁠⁠Port Stephens Council invites tenders for the design, supply, installation, interfacing, engineering, testing and commissioning of IVMS Installation and Management for the Port Stephens Council.

The Integrator is referred to in this document as the Contractor.

In summary, the Contractor shall provide the following elements of work:
* 155 New IVMS units;
* Two (2) plus two (2) plus two (2) years' supply, service and maintenance of all systems and equipment (ie 2+2+2 years);
* The ability to integrate with other software and user interface devices (add description in Part C, Schedule C "Minor Non-Conformances and Alternative Proposals").
