EOI - Sale of Part Coonabarabran Hospital Site, 101-103 Edwards Street, Coonabarabran

⁠⁠⁠Western NSW Local Health District requests Expressions of Interest (EOI) from proponents interested in purchasing a portion of land (approximately 6000m2) on site at Coonabarabran Health Service with the intention of constructing and subsequently operating a Primary Health Care Medical Facility (which includes the provision of General Practice Services) on the site.

Western NSW Local Health District is aiming to identify a suitable short-list of prospective purchasers from this EOI and will then negotiate directly with them.
