Eliwana Project - Eliwana Early Mining Fleet Maintenance and NPI

⁠⁠⁠At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the package includes Parts 1 – 3 as shown below. The Principal reserves the right to award each Part as a separate package to various contractors, or as one package to one contractor, pending the commercial viability of submissions by interested contractors.

Part 1 - Early Mining Successful contractor to conduct mining operations at Fortescue’s direction during initial pre-strip and early operations phase. Anticipated 12 month term. Activities including, but not limited to:
* movement of ~26 million tonnes over approximately a 12 month period;
* development works (pre-strip);
* drill and blast;
* load and haul;
* provision of fleet, inclusive of operators; and
* maintenance and repair of fleet, including provision of maintenance personnel and temporary facilities / workshop.

Part 2 - Fleet Maintenance Successful contractor to maintain and repair Fortescue owned mobile fleet during operations. Anticipated 5 year term. The workshop infrastructure in which the successful contractor will perform the maintenance services will be constructed as part of Part 3 below, and as such the Contractor should not make any allowances for the fixed infrastructure in Part 2. Activities to be completed will include as a minimum:
* maintenance and repair of ~50 items of major fleet:
* excavators;
* front end loaders;
* trucks;
* drills; and
* ancillary fleet;
* maintenance of Autonomous Haulage System components;
* provision of maintenance personnel; and
* management and warehousing of major components, spares and tyre management.

Part 3 - Non-Process Infrastructure
Successful contractor to design, procure, install non-process infrastructure as required by Fortescue. Ownership of assets to be transferred to Fortescue over a 5 year period. Non-process infrastructure to include, but not limited to:
* HME workshop (4 bay) with associated offices, crib, ablutions;
* HME Fabrication workshop;
* LV workshop;
* oil and lubrication storage and distribution facility;
* tyre change facilities;
* HV and LV wash down bays;
* fuel storage and distribution facilities;
* warehouse; and
* temporary services to these facilities (including power and water).

All Works are required to comply with Australian Standards. The Eliwana Project, including this Package 751EWC0025 is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at FMG Solomon’s election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
