Tender Description
The Flare Tip Requisition Specification Supply Scope comprises:
* Supply of HP Flare Tip (Sonic Flare Type)
* LP/Acid Flare Tip (Pipe Flare Type)
* Flare ignition Panel (for automatic electrical ignition and manual flame front generator), common for HP and LP/Acid Flare Tip
* Pilot assembly (fully automatic and self-monitoring with auto re-lighting capabilities. Capability to ignite using flame front generator to be also furnished)
* Ionization cables that shall be rated 250oC insulation, cable glands for ignition cables, M20 cable entries for power cable and alarm cable, spare set of ignition road, SS cabel connection, rubber boots for each pilot
* Volt free contacts for remote alarm in FCS: unit running (for each pilot) and unit alarm
* GUAX box with flexible SS conduit. The main conduit shall be connected to GUAX box.
* ABS Certification
* Contract Award 2019(*); Delivery 2020(*) all units
