Barossa Offshore Project FPSO FEED Competition - Lease and Operate Option - Plate and Frame Heat Exchangers

⁠⁠⁠The Plate and Frame Heat Exchangers Package scope comprises:
* Provide engineering, procurement and fabrication services for plate and frame heat exchangers with for a total quantity of six (6) heat exchangers in raw seawater (cold side) and inhibited fresh water (hot side) for a total of 31,109 kW heat exchanged capacity combined (6x20% configuration) to be installed in a 150# piping system.
* The plate and fame exchangers are to include 20% additional plates installed beyond those required to meet the required duty plus 15% surface area for clean service up to 25%.
* Chemical cleaning connections shall be provided at all sides of the exchangers.
* These exchangers will be installed on a floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel. Thus, offshore experience is recommended.
* Titanium (for seawater) and/or Stainless steel material of construction
* Fabrication and hydro testing of each unit.
* External painting of each exchanger where applicable.
* Supply of long term preservation for each exchanger.
* Preparation for shipment for each vessel.
* Adherence to API 662 Part 1, ASME Sec VIII Div 1 and B16.5 at a minimum.
* ASME Code stamp and NB registration.
* Applicable local codes.
* Submittal of relevant documentation (data sheet, drawings, code calculations, operating manual, etc.) for operation and maintenance of each exchanger.
