DSDMIP-EDQ-0979-18 Yeronga Development Partner - The Minister for Economic Development Queensland (MEDQ) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and capable delivery partners to work alongside Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) in the urban renewal of a prominent inner-city development site at the corner of Villa Street and Park Road, Yeronga.
The delivery partner will work with EDQ to meet the objectives to deliver well-planned, prosperous, resilient and sustainable communities; and create investment activity and jobs.
Specific objectives include:
* the creation of a place with community connections
* a range of housing types and diversity
* design excellence and innovation
* stimulation of investment activity and creation of jobs
EDQ plans to enter into a land sale agreement with its preferred partner procured through a competitive two-staged tender process comprised of a Stage 1 - Expression of Interest (EOI) and Stage 2 - Request for Proposals (RFP).
Four guided site inspections conducted by Ray White (the Agent) are scheduled to be held during October. Please refer to the EOI documentation for further information.
