The works include the following:
* new outdoor 50M pool, with access ramp and covered spectator seating;
* new Leisure / Programme / Water play pool, with zero-beach entry;
* Club rooms;
* new concourses;
* new change rooms and accessible change facilities;
* renovations and additions to the administration office;
* first aid room; plant rooms, store rooms, paving and landscaping;
* parking and access roads; and
* all associated amenities and equipment as required and as described in the Tender Documents (Price Schedule Appendix 5).
