Advance Housing invites Registered Builders to tender on a new 40 bed student housing project at Lot 1376 Serpentine Road, Albany WA 6330. The project comprises a three-storey building consisting of an east and west wing joined by a central lobby. All constructed with a concrete slab on ground with suspended concrete slabs, combination of double brick walls and concrete Ritek walls with metal roofing and 55 car parking bays and associated site and landscaping works.

Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site inspection. Refer to the tender documents for details. Tenders are to be submitted to the office of Advance Housing by 2pm, Wednesday 24th October 2018. Only hand delivered tenders will be considered.
