MFD Replacement and Support

⁠⁠⁠WorkCover is seeking a printing and scanning solution via the replacement of existing multi-function devices. The requirement is to provide printing and scanning services for 850 staff within the WorkCover building located at 280 Adelaide St, Brisbane. Core services required are colour, black and white printing, and copying with scanning to email or network server.

WorkCover are seeking:
* 11 standard devices – for general staff use with one per floor on all floors 6 through to 15, and one on floor 18; and
* 1 desktop device for the Chief Executive Officer’s use only (to be located within his office on floor 6).

An essential component to the solution will be a “Follow Me” print facility. As part of the support model, a full service and maintenance agreement is sought. Life expectancy for the solution and associated support agreement is 5.7 years. Acquisition of the hardware and any associated licensing will be via outright purchase.

Contract commencement is planned for 3 December 2018, with delivery and installation to be completed by 5 January 2019. Final dates will be discussed with the successful Supplier.
