⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited and will be received by the undersigned until 4.00pm Friday 12th October 2018 for the purchase of councils Excavator as detailed

Kubota Excavator KX080-3LA 2009 model 6200hrs. approx. with 4 buckets and ripper.

Tenders are as is where is. Arrangements for inspections may be made by contacting Mr Craig Whatley by phone Weekdays on (03) 6254 5000 between 9.00a.m. - 5.00p.m.

Tenders will only be accepted if contained in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Tender-Excavator” and either deposited in the tender box at the Municipal Offices, 71 High Street, Oatlands 7120 or received through Australia Post prior to the closing date. Facsimile tenders will not be received.

Council may decline to accept the highest, lowest or any tender. No special tender form is required.
