The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new multistorey classroom Block (Block D) at Mansfield State High School located at 328 Broadwater Road, Mansfield, QLD 4122 as part of the Six Full Cohort (6FC) program.

The new building is three levels and contains 12 Classrooms, 4 flexible learning areas, change room facilties, open undercroft, amenities, staff rooms and associated spaces. Works also include demolition of existing classroom blocks. All works are to be completed by October 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 3 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligiable contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements.

SITE VISIT DETAILS: Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
