The scope of work that will be required under the proposed contract is for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) that considers and addresses all issues raised in the SEARs and associated Agency comments and includes any additional facets or issues identified during: pre-offer workshop; new or additional investigations undertaken during the EIS process; and community and stakeholder submissions made prior to and during exhibition of the EIS.

It is noted that some survey and investigation associated with the proposal to raise Clarrie Hall Dam has been commenced or is well progressed. This includes biodiversity assessments, cultural heritage assessments, flooding and hydrology, and assessment of environmental flows. The pre-offer workshop will elaborate in more detail the status of these assessments and the approach for inclusion of these assessments into the EIS
