Clean TeQ Sunrise Local Area Opportunities - Emergency Response Plan for Early Works and Construction

⁠⁠⁠This Scope of Works includes the provision by the Contractor of all necessary supervision, labour, expertise, materials, equipment and services required to develop the Project Emergency Response Plan and associated development activities and deliverables.

The early works and construction phases of the project will consist but not limited to the following scopes:
* Bulk excavation and road civil works;
* Electrical and communication services tie in;
* Construction of the accommodation camp and associated facilities (Refer Appendix A);
* Construction works within the Sunrise mine site (Refer Appendix B); and
* Construction of the water pipeline, approximately 70km corridor (Refer Appendix C).

The following services will be provided by the Contractor in accordance with Work Health and Safety Regulation 2017 Clause 43:
* Provision of suitably qualified persons to execute the services detailed in this scope of work;
* Conduct a risk assessment to review the risks and emergency situations that may arise from early works and construction phase;
* Coordinate and lead an emergency response risk workshop with key stakeholders;
* Develop a framework for an ERP document using the output from the risk assessment and risk workshop;
* Liaise with emergency responders and support organisation within the region (refer section 2.1.4) and map through their requirements and processes to be followed in the event of an emergency;
* Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to create a draft Project ERP and issue for review and comment;
* Conduct an emergency response planning workshop with key internal stakeholders to work through the contents of the ERP;
* Develop emergency response procedures in accordance to the ERP; and
* Develop and execute training sessions for Project personnel and Contractors to enable implementation of emergency response procedures, including emergency response scenario exercises.

Scope of services excludes the following items;
* Emergency response site equipment and personnel.
