Tender Description
Queensland Health is seeking one or more non-government organisations to deliver the Individual at Risk of Homelessness Program to support individuals experiencing a severe and persistent mental illness, residing in a boarding house, crisis accommodation or hostel, in collaboration with the local Hospital and Health Service, through the delivery of non-clinical, holistic and recovery focused psychosocial support according to the individual's recovery needs.
