Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified building contractors for the construction of an extension & refurbishment to an office building at 33 Scarborough Street, Southport.
The existing building comprises of 2 basement carparks and 5 levels of offices. Proposed works consist of refurbish of the existing building and a single storey extension to the main entry, 7 storey extension to the rear of the building and 2 storey extension to the top of the existing building. All existing walls and glazing to be replaced from Level 1 upwards.
A select list of tenderers shall be chosen from those who have registered. Please forward by email, a copy of your company profile and a covering letter outlining your specific experience in both commercial and refurbishment projects by 5pm Friday 28th September 2018.
