A Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Software Platform

The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) operates in an environment with demanding compliance and reporting obligations. Maintaining currency with changing policy, verifying compliance and tracking compliance actions is a continual and complex process. This Invitation to Offer (ITO) is seeking to exploit existing technology to reduce the need for the CCC to manually reference and report on its operational policies and procedures, capture risks and verify compliance.

The outcomes of this ITO include:
1. The ability to upload, manage and maintain policies on a single platform
2. The ability to access sections of policy from other systems
3. The ability to capture, manage and report on compliance actions
4. The ability to capture risks via a business rule driven entry tool
5. The ability to consolidate and manage all departmental risk registers
6. The ability to track issues and relate them to risks.

The solution should be based on a commercially available platform, provide scalable services, service management and support.
