2018-080 - Douglas Shire Council (DSC) had identified that the Whyanbeel Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Backwash Treatment Plant is in need of an Upgrade. Council proposes to upgrade the existing Backwash Treatment Plant with various works as per the attached Design and Construction works specification.
* The Backwash Treatment Plant shall be operated 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
* The proposed Backwash Treatment Plant upgrade is to be constructed on the Whyanbeel WTP site as shown on the drawings.
The Scope of Works
The aim of the project is to provide a turnkey solution consisting of all Design and Construction phases as per the Design and Construction Works specification.
