Tender Description
The provision of compliant storage and transport of large quantities of locust chemical for NSW DPI is required in preparation for coordinated locust control programs across NSW.
Storage facilities are required in the Central West and other regions of NSW to ensure timely dispatch and distribution of locust chemical as required for field operations. Due to the large quantities and type of chemicals required for locust control, storage and transport of such chemicals require compliance with dangerous goods legislation for class 3,6 and packing group III or equivalent.
The combined storage facility capacity must be able to hold at least 300 pallets of chemical. By the nature of locust control programs, chemical transport and distribution is often required at short notice across a range of depots in NSW and for varying quantities and types of chemical products.
