Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of DSDMIP-EDQ-0945-18 Stage 11, Civil and electrical reticulation construction, The Village estate, Oonoonba.
Expressions of Interests are sought in relation to Stage 11, Civil and Electrical reticulation Construction Services, the head contractor will deliver all works to construct Stage 11 Civil works which consists of 35 residential allotments in Oonoonba, Townsville. This will provide the department with a better understanding of suppliers’ experience, capability and capacity, to inform a decision on suppliers to be shortlisted to receive a more detailed Invitation to Offer (ITO).
