The APSC is seeking a proven partner to support and enhance its Microsoft .NET and Dynamics CRM business applications. The successful vendor will undertake both BAU and non BAU activities.
The APSC is a small central agency within the portfolio of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet. Our purpose is to position the APS workforce for the future. The APSC is seeking a proven Microsoft partner to support and maintain a number of its Microsoft .NET and Dynamics CRM business applications.
The APSC is seeking a proven Microsoft partner to support and enhance a number of its Microsoft .NET and Dynamics CRM business applications. We are seeking the following services:
* Level 2 help desk and adherence to SLAs
* Remote site monitoring and administration
* Patching and upgrade
* Production outage investigations and fixes
* Application security
* Data backups and restoration
* Capacity planning
* Assistance to level 1 support
* Application integration
* Code base management
* Application testing
* Application enhancements as requested
* Strategic architectural advice pertinent to the application stack (as required)
